ForwardPulse Software Consulting works on paid programming engagements — not subscription software. Each project starts with a short discovery call and a written scope.

Project-based software engineering

We implement features and infrastructure for real-time workloads: WebSocket and SSE gateways, stream processors, idempotent consumers, and operator dashboards. Deliverables are defined milestones with reviewable code.

Technical reviews

Before you commit to a rewrite or a major broker migration, we audit architecture diagrams, repository layout, and load-test evidence. You receive a prioritized findings memo with suggested experiments — not a generic checklist.

Implementation support

When your team owns the roadmap but needs senior help on specific modules, we embed for agreed sprints. We favor pairing, documented runbooks, and measurable latency targets over open-ended staff augmentation.
