Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements arranged with ForwardPulse Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 41531137, Representative Yu-Chen Huang, No. 51, Minzu Road, Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City, 807, Taiwan).

Proposed terms — pending business confirmation: Specific fee schedules and contract windows are agreed per statement of work. The frames below follow common Taiwan distance-selling practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

Distance contracts

When you purchase consulting remotely without meeting in person, you may have a seven-day withdrawal period (七日猶豫期) for applicable distance contracts unless an exception below applies.

Services already started

If you request immediate work and expressly agree that performance begins during the withdrawal period, fees for services already rendered may be non-refundable for that portion. Digital deliverables accepted and used may also be excluded.

Deposits and milestones

Project deposits secure calendar capacity. Deposits are refundable minus documented preparation work if you cancel before kickoff. Milestone invoices cover completed deliverables as defined in your statement of work.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Discovery calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations of booked workshops may forfeit reserved time at our discretion when stated in the proposal.

How to request a refund

Email info@forwardpulse.digital or call +886-7-0000-2218 with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing questions directly.
