This notice explains how ForwardPulse Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Taiwan. Our site language is English; PDPA obligations apply regardless of language.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative (PDPA legitimate interest / contractual necessity depending on stage). Consent preference is stored to honor your choice about nonessential storage.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution. You may ask us to delete earlier when no legal hold applies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality to host the site and email. Inquiry JSON is posted to our same-domain API (/api/inquiry) operated by us.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@forwardpulse.digital; we respond within reasonable timelines prescribed by law.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Taiwan, data may be processed on servers located in Taiwan or regions selected by our host. We apply appropriate safeguards required for cross-border transfers when applicable.
Changes
We update this notice when practices change. The review date is recorded in our internal build records.
